MEMBERS YEARLY INCENTIVES - VACATION ACCOMODATIONS
NOTE: THE INFORMATION PROVIDED IS VIA OUR FISCAL SPONSORS OF SEMPER FI MARKETING SOLUTIONS LLC. THEY PROVIDE ALL INCENTIVES TO OUR MEMBERS.

DO VOUCHER RECIPIENTS HAVE TO TAKE A TIMESHARE PRESENTATION

IN ORDER TO TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THESE VACATION INCENTIVES?

NO, you will not be required to attend any sales or timeshare presentation for your VEDUFFE Member Incentives. These are real, top quality Resorts and Hotels with no hidden fees or strings attached. The vouchers are provided via our Financial Sponsor (Semper Fi Financial Services LLC) whose partners own and operate several high volume travel companies and they are simply them by helping the hotels and resorts fill what would otherwise be empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from these consumers spending money on the property, such as room service, spa, in-house restaurants, bar purchases, casino and extra day stay, etc. In addition, hotel and resort guests may be offered additional incentives and upgrades that you can choose to accept or decline such as additional nights upgrade room types etc. These will be optional upgrades  Most upgrades and add ons are simple options such as larger room type bed configurations, attraction tickets and so forth. You, will NEVER be required to upgrade.

 

HOW ARE YOU ABLE TO OFFER THESE INCENTIVES?

The travel agency owning partners of Semper Fi Financial Services LLC have traveled over 1 million families to date and have contracts with the world's leading hotel chains, and resorts to help them fill their otherwise empty rooms. These vouchers help fill empty rooms which the hotels and resorts turn into additional revenue from other areas of their property and future bookings. Hotels and resorts rarely experience full occupancy, yet they remain open, providing rooms and services at fixed costs. So when hotels and resorts give out their rooms via this partnership, they might miss out on the room fee, but they already didn't have that in the first place, at least now they have the opportunity to gain a customer for their in-house restaurants, room service, their casinos, an extra day stay, future bookings, etc. It is a win-win for everyone involved. You (person receiving the voucher) win because you save tons of money from using the incentive vouchers. The hotels and resorts win because they gain additional revenue from other areas of their establishment that they otherwise would not have been able to get and they also have a new client that may book with them in the future. Also you may be offered additional upgrades and incentives that you can choose to accept or not.

CAN I USE A VOUCHER FOR A STAY AT A LOCAL HOTEL OR RESIDENCE?

Unfortunately, no you may not. You must live a minimum of 100 miles from the hotel or resort. They will confirm address via a copy of Government Issued ID and copy of a Utility Bill or Student Bill which are required during enrollment to the club.

DO THE VOUCHERS HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE?

Yes, our Voucher Incentives will be assigned an expiration date 7 days out from the date they are sent to you. Please note that the expiration date shown on the digital incentives only pertains to the actual activation of the incentive. After you activate a vacation incentive, you will have  18 months to travel.  To activate, simply pay the taxes and fees that correspond to the incentive online.  Currently, Activation Fees must be paid in $US dollars.

WHY IS THERE A 7 DAY EXPIRATION DATE ON THE VOUCHERS?

The entire process model works best when the voucher is activated right away otherwise most will forget they even received it.  During this 7 day period, you will receive up to 2 emails and or SMS text messages to remind you to activate the voucher. Something important to keep in mind is that the 7-day expiration date is there to protect the Member in the event our contracts change with agency partnership or any of the participating properties and travel companies, which then gives us the opportunity to easily update or change the voucher details being offered.  This way we can much easier and quickly mitigate providing discontinued incentive vouchers.

DO YOU HAVE TO SET UP YOUR RESERVATIONS AND TRAVEL

BY THE EXPIRATION DATE PRINTED ON THE INCENTIVE VOUCHER?

No, the expiration date pertains to activation of the vacation incentive only. Once you activate, by paying the taxes and fees of a vacation incentive. For example for our US resorts the activation fee runs from $19.45 per night to about $33.60 on average per night and our Mexico offers $19.70 per night.  This fee is subject to change and varies by destination.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE THE TRAVEL WITHIN 12 MONTHS

(BEFORE YOUR NEXT ANNUAL TRAVEL VOUCHER SELECTION). 

 

Our agency partners may inform you that you will have at least 18 months to travel. However, that does NOT apply via our Membership Program, as there is no way to set the system into 18 month intervals without disrupting the Annual Incentive.

 

AS SUCH ANY MEMBER THAT DOES NOT COMPLETE THEIR TRAVEL WITHIN 12 MONTHS (BEFORE THEIR NEXT ANNUAL TRAVEL VOUCHER SELECTION) WILL FORFEIT THE ANNUAL TRAVEL VOUCHER FOR THAT YEAR.

NO EXCEPTIONS.

DO YOU GET TO CHOOSE THE HOTEL/RESORT?

Although there may be promotions of specific properties with each incentive destination, each of the destinations may have as many as 50 participating hotels and/or resorts. As such based on the dates selected you may be showcased up to 3 different Hotels and/or Resorts for you to choose from based on availability.  For example, the Mayan Palace resorts in Mexico may be featured, however, if it is not available based on availability you may be offered other great choices that you can pick from. Keep in mind that these are promotional offers to fill what would otherwise be an empty hotel or resort rooms. You will be able to choose the hotel from the featured list. The properties that participate in these promotional offers release the unoccupied inventory to our agency partners just 30 days ahead of time thus it requires the you (end user) to give the agency booking platform a minimum of 30 days advance notice to book dates which will provide you, with significant savings on those destinations accomodations.

 

It is highly recommended that you choose weekdays vs weekends and avoid major holidays for best hotel options and availability. The majority of the room types available with these incentive are for a maximum of 2 adults at least 1 occupant must be over the age of 21. The incentive is designed for couples or singles up to 2 adults in a room, some properties however may allow for up to 2 additional children up to the age of 12 in the same room based on room type, and bed configurations. When adding children to your search you are likely to see fewer hotel choices.

DO YOU GET TO CHOOSE THE DESTINATION?

Yes. Keep in mind that once you have selected a destination and activated it then it is no longer changeable except under acts of God or Force majeure. ONLY CHANGEABLE, NO REFUNDS.

CAN YOU BOOK BEFORE YOU BOOK BEFORE THE REQUIRED

30-DAY ADVANCE NOTICE ON THE TRAVEL INCENTIVES?

The complimentary vacation incentives do not work for last-minute bookings. You must book with a minimum of 30 days advance notice prior to preferred or selected check-in dates. So as long as your booking is more than 30 days out

our travel agency partners should be able to fulfill it based on the availability of course. The properties that are offered

for selection normally release their unoccupied inventory to our travel agency partners daily with 30 days out, so there

is no way around this. Remember, the vouchers are provided at such a discounted price (taxes and fees) because

they are filling otherwise empty rooms for the participating properties and this is the time frame that they use to project what their occupancy will be. Based on what their projection is will determine how many allotments they can provide

to our travel agency partners for these voucher incentives.

WHAT ARE THE TAXES AND FEES, AND WHAT ARE THEY

BASED ON FOR THE TRAVEL INCENTIVES?

The taxes and fees are based on a few factors, examples include but are not limited to local tourism and bed taxes, value-added tax, sales tax based on the full rack rate of the accommodations, maid service fees, zone surcharges, travel agency fees, federal, state, local, or municipal taxes, etc. most averaging only about US$30 per night.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER FEES OR EXPENSES/COSTS

AFTER ACTIVATING THE VOUCHERS?

Once activated of one of these incentives the will receive 4 days 3 nights luxury hotel accommodation room rate free of charge, which retail is valued at up to $250 per night, in the US and up to $350 per night at many of the International destinations, however recipient is responsible for all other expenses including but not limited to: airfare, transfers, food & beverages, gratuities, resort fees if applicable, and any other personal or miscellaneous expenses.   

 

Resort fees are commonplace in the travel industry.  As a matter of fact, over 96% of tourists traveling to Orlando or Las Vegas now have to pay a resort fee when they check-in at the resort.  This is so common now that it’s just expected for any seasoned traveler.  

 

When you award someone a complimentary vacation through Marketing Boost, you are giving them a vacation that is valued at up to $750 for Orlando or Las Vegas for example and up to $1,750 internationally, depending on where and the time of year they travel.  Now with over 125 destinations, the value is incredible!

 

Here are examples of resort fees for properties we use for the complimentary hotel stay incentives: 

Las Vegas at the hotels we use run from $16.00 to $38.00 per night 

Orlando at the hotels we use run from $5.00 to $12.00 per night depending on hotel and season.  

Gatlinburg / Branson / Williamsburg run from zero to $12.00 depending on hotel and season. 

Daytona Beach runs from $15 to $20 per night based on the season. 

Myrtle Beach SC runs from $5 to $15 depending on the season. 

Mexico hotels we use are from $10.00 to $14.00 per night based on the season. 

 

The above are just examples of resort fees.  

With over 125 destinations we will not list them all here however if there is a resort fee it will be disclosed when the end-user chooses travel dates and property. Resort fees cover items like WiFi Internet Access, Local Calls, Resort Amenities, Fitness Centers, In-room Safes, Beach Chairs, Umbrellas, Beach/pool towels,  activities and more.
